Offset rendering of timelines

I know there are other times frames m3, m6, m20 e.t.c. but is there a way to view the candles offset e.g. M15 but offset the close by 5 mins

Or say M20 but have the close +/-10 mins

One of the patterns I analyse happens often between these timelines but there much harder to spot without an offset?

On MT5, you could generate Custom Symbols based on those conditions, with bar data generated from offset bars, but you would need to code that yourself, or hire someone to code it for you.

On MT4, you can do something similar using Offline charts, which are easier to produce with simpler code.
