USING THE MARKETPLACE AND CODE OWNERSHIP

Hi, 

I am new to this site. I ahve looked and I cannot find an answer to my question.

 I am interested in creating a commercial indicator and EA based on my trend strategy.  

Once the developer has created the EA:

  • who owns the code for the EA
  • how do i know that the developer won't sell the code/strategy(confidentiality)
  • would there be developers who would be interested in supporting the EA in the long term(paid of course) 

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes on the Freelance section or in private.
