Im having issues with seeing custom indis and tpl

If i place a downloaded indi into the indicators folder, or even create a folder for custom indi, on restart i cant see the folder  and or indi

this applies to templates as well

I believe im not the only one to have this issue.  I was speaking to another trader a few days ago and he mentioned the same. He eventually got another copy of mt5 from a different source and it worked. He sent me that copy which refused to install. It was the full version,not the 300kb. but it solved the issue for him.

I did see another post on here re the same issue but no solution was forthcoming
