Double check with the author if payment is received
To you and your friend: be patient! The system needs a while and the author/seller will receive the money only after a period in which the buyer has the right to withdraw the funds.
Hi, are you refering to 7 days holding period of the payment? That too didn't appear in the author's account. The author is clueless about the transaction. Anyway, we will wait in case there's just a delay. I will keep you posted.
We also asked the author to inform help desk to check. I hope others don't have the same problem.

Hi, a friend of mine rented an EA recently. He advised the author about it but the author said no one has rented his EA for the past 12 months.
Maybe this is just an isolated case. Nevertheless, those who rented an EA here, please double check with your author if payment is received to know if others are experiencing this.
