MT4 EA - Problems with the number of activations

1. The quota for the activations is 6 in my purchased record, but is it supposed to be 8 as shown? https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/5225
2. I used only ONE computer and ONE MT4 for this indicator but it said I've used 2 of the acitvations, is it because I've updated the Windows? If so, I will soon loss all activations if Windows gets further updates or re-installing the Windows?
The number of activations must have been updated from 6 to 8, since you've purchased it.
