Help with downloading <...> on the Metatrader 4 platorm.

I rented the <...> a couple of days ago and am having an issue downloading it to my broker. I NEED HELP PLEASE

Make sure that you login to Community tab using your forum login/password (your forum login is kevinhib).
And you should have Internet explorer the latest version installed on your computer (I am having IE version 11).
