You can install it directly from your Metatrader:
- fill the Community folder in your Metatrader with your forum login/password (not by email);
- check Internet Explorer (it should be installed on your computer as a latest version; I am having version 11).
After that - go to the Market tab, find Market product and install updates or install the product.
If you can not find some product - use search function in Metatrader (on the top right corner of Metatrader).
