It should be a reset mt4 login password on your broker's client page

same  here..had  to unistall and install the platform again,when uninstalling you must also remove personal settings

Where do you get Tech Support for MT4?

From your broker.

Make sure that you are connecting to the correct server. You would have been told which server when you created the account.
