Step one, start with at least $500,000 USD
You need at least two separate network hubs to connect to.
Two machines with fail over code.
UPS for everything, disks, machines, network routers, etc.

In my opinion, have a pc always plugged in and running, always connected to fast internet and that’s your VPS. For remote access, use teamviewer. It would work

Anydesk is good. Teamviewer blocks after some months if connected 24/7.
