is there is any method for creating personal vps at home. what sort of tools may be required for creating vps and setting if any
eg PC.
any window server etc

You already have it at home, but it is not reliable


 
I need free. I think to on my pc 24/7 and access it from other locations through virtual desktop servers 
 

Yes you can do that i have done that for a long time many years ago.

  1. Step one, start with at least $500,000 USD
  2. You need at least two separate network hubs to connect to.
  3. Two machines with fail over code.
  4. UPS for everything, disks, machines, network routers, etc.
 
In my opinion, have a pc always plugged in and running, always connected to fast internet and that’s your VPS. For remote access, use teamviewer. It would work

Anydesk is good. Teamviewer blocks after some months if connected 24/7.
