its posible to convert one indicator mql4 file ( i think its a source code) to use at mt5?

You can compile the mql5 file in the editor or just place it in the indicators folder and refresh.

Nothing can be done with an ex4 file to use in MT5.

Nobody can give you an answer because a lot depends on the complexity of the indicator.
