Im unable to use this indicator on my MT5 account. Have tried placing it in both the experts and indicator folders but still not working?

Does anyone have any ideas?

That is a code. Not an indicator. If you need to use the indicator, place the code in "Indicators folder then compile it using metaeditor. To compile, open the file in metaeditor then press f7. If it has no errors, the indicator should then be visible from your terminal.
