Synchronizing a virtual server

Once a virtual server (MQL5) has been set up on a MT4 platform, when you synchronize the EA's does it sync on all profiles on account or only the one that is open at the time?
When you synchronize with your MQL5 VPS server, you synchronize all the open charts and the EAs attached to them of your current trading account.
