Alert for price - either disassociate visibility from order lines OR extend order book integration

The current concept for visual arrow for a price ALERT is quite useful,

BUT, they are linked together with order lines, so that if on-chart order lines are disabled the Alert arrow-levels also disappear.

AND, it would be highly enhanced and useful if these price alerts could sit like orders on the server so that they would appear across multiple instances of MT4 operating the same account, and on different devices.

As it is they don't, so why are they associated with orders? I.e: In the same drop-down menu, their on-chart visibility is tied, and so on.

Can you develop this? What do you think?
