The obvious answer is not to attach the EA to a chart with the pairs

I have EA already running on a pair and would like to stop it on a particular pair and leave it running on others. How do I go about it?

As we don't know what your EA does, it is difficult to answer.

If the EA only trades the pair for the chart that the EA is attached to, simply remove the EA from the relevant charts(s).
