Code:Blocks .DLL C++ to MQL4

Hi all,

I would like to create own .dll to MT4.

I trying create file using Code::Blocks and compiler TDM-GCC 32 but is not working after load library to folder in mql4.

Any ideas? Or do I use oher IDE like VC++? Please advise.
