Analyzing chart pattern (how to do that)

Hi experts

After I read this book.  encyclopedia of chart patterns  by Thomas N. Bulkowski 

It tells statistic (frequency, %winning, performance) for each pattern. It is too interesting.

But we know the history data of each broker is different.  

So, I 'd like to analyze any pattern or candlestick to keep a statistic for my trading server.

but I don't know to initiate that.plz, give me some advice, codebase or website for learning myself.
