Read signal from webpage and open trade/pending order - will pay for if someone can program EA

Hi,

Would like to program or pay someone to program me MT4 that will open trades and pending orders from signal from a web page.

Everyday around 4 GMT this signal apears on a webpage:

Example

1 – EUR/USD LONG (BUY Stop) @ 1.1730, SL@ 1.1695, TP1@ 1.1755, TP2@ 1.1780, TP3@ 1.1820.

2 – USD/JPY LONG (BUY Stop) @ 109.65, SL@ 109.30, TP1@ 109.90, TP2@ 110.20, TP3@ 110.75.

Is it possible to program MT4 ea to read from webpage and open pending orders or trades?
