Strategy Tester With Ability to Test By Hour Instead of Just By Days?

Hello,

I am testing an EA that I bought so I dont have the ability to code it to only run at certain hours. However, I want to test only running the EA at certain hours. The problem is that MT4's backtester allows you to run the EA within a date range, but you can't select an hour range. And looking at the detailed results to manually calculate the profit/loss wont work - because if you change the hour range, the EA would enter into different trades and exit at different points than it would when running at all hours. 

Anyone know of a different strategy tester that would allow you to filter by an hour range?
