Mt4/5 offers the symbols of the broker for trading. If you want to trade the CRB index look for a broker that offers it e.g. as a cfd like the forex-pairs.

It may be that your broker offers a news service via mt4/5 that 'has it' - but you can't access it (so far and as I know) from an indicator or EA.
