How to modify/edit .tkc file (symbol's tick data)

I have noticed my broker's symbol tick data have several wrong rows that needs to removed from the data set.

I believe the related files are located in ...Broker\\history\...   and  .... Broker\\history\ticks\...  folders.

Which files needed to open and edited?

How can I do that?
