signal cannot be recognized by MQL5 Wizard!

I download the mqh file from this link https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/226, but the signal cannot be found and recognized by MQL5 Wizard!

I download another one https://www.mql5.com/en/code/322, it still cannot be recognized by MQL5 Wizard when I am using EA generate!


Please help.
