You would need to learn how to program it in MQL language if you want to use MetaTrader. Let us know the details and maybe someone can help you. Or you could PM the details to me.

I have written a few EAs. I have a good book i bought that got me started. It can write you an EA if you provide me with the strategy, indicators that you possibly use, what type of exits would would like, such as a trailing stop loss, jumping stop loss, breakeven stop loss.
