can someone create an indicator that shows on a 15 minute chart when the 5 EMA CLOSE & 6 EMA OPEN CROSS IN THE 1 HOUR TIME FRAME?

Before i forget thet indicator doesnt have to be fancy, it can be an arrow, a dot, a verticle line even a candle with a with a any color.
