Specify a high and low on chart and count how many pips it gets broken by before touching the other end??

Does anyone know of an indicator that can collect this information or interested in helping me develop one??

I want to specify a high and low on a candle of my choosing.. and count how many pips each boundary gets broken by before touching the other end if it does.


so for example:

00:00 H1 candle high and low.

when the market breaks the high how many pips does it go above this high before touching the low 

and create a frequency distribution table from the results of a certain look back.


so each day for the same candle time am i making sense?
