I tried to compile the file "FigureBuilder.mq5" (only this file should be compiled). This indicator compiles correctly. I tested it on the latest version of MetaEditor build 3580.
Please make sure that you have placed all project files correctly and that you compile only the "FigureBuilder.mq5" file.

The tool allows drawing shapes in the chart.
