Hi everyone!

I have an ideia, I'd like to create an EA that open and close orders following the signals (stg buy, buy, neut, sell, stg sell) given by investing.com/currencies.

 So, how can I do it exactly!?!?

 Also, would be ask too much if I ask for someone here make this for me!? If none want do it, how much a programmer would charge for make this?
