Angle between two moving averages

Hi,

I've seen on forums existing indicators that measure the angle of a moving average. Typically, I've seen them using the inbuilt MT trendline by angle tool.

I don't want to use this tool as I want to include it in an EA so need to calculate it manually.

Also, this isn't was I'm after either.

What I want to do is to measure the angle between two moving averages. Unfortunately, my maths isn't up to the job (I haven't done this sort of thing in 30 years).

If the actual bar and previous bar is used to define the slope of both moving averages, the point at which the meet (whether that be historically or in the future) will where the angle is to be measured.

Could someone explain the calculations necessary to be able do this please.
