I need a way to identify over bought and over sold conditions on a renko atr chart. I was looking at this link

but Pava's indicators dont work. it needs a dll or something. if someone can help me get his indicators to work with the missing dll then awesome!
I was looking at stochastics perhaps might solve it but then again, maybe not.
the problem is when a market starts trending strong and keeps going and going and going until it finally is exhausted and THEN reverses. to make an analogy, its like an oil tanker the breaks are applied 5 miles before the port before you can slow it down enough to actually dock.
obviously you do not really want to enter in the middle of the trend which is the tricky part. enter too soon and its a near guaranteed loss.
