Looking to add a reliable virtual assistant to a small online business.

You can set your own hours but you need to respect response times to customers

For the right person this will be a long term position with the workload being 10 hours per week with the possibility of increasing quickly.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and eventually skype in an efficient and effective manner

- Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Prospect and Acquire new opt-in emails databases trough contact Forex websites

- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and find and create content that will engage the community

- Newsletters creation

- Knowledge of VPS and Remote Desktop Connection

- Tutorial Creation

- Affiliation prospection

Your qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as of the Internet

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A complete profile

- References or an established reputation preferred

- In 2 words: multi-talented

Income from 250 - 300$ per month for 40 hours + commissions
