If we do not set TP, but the trailing we set at 15. does the system follow the trailing setting?

Yes, the order will close when market retrace and hit the trailing. But if the trail doesn't start (market doesn't move more than 15 in your favour), you must have a SL in protection.

right click the order's row, choose "Modify", set TP to 0
