notifications do not arrive on mobile

Good morning,

 

I'm working with MT4 for 5 years now, and I have had notifications active for years too. I used to received them although I didn't use it much.

Now I do want to use it for a specific alert, but the notification does not arrive on my mobile.

I have checked and double checked the ID.

I have checked and double checked the settings in the Notifications tab under tools.

I have checked and double checked whether my pc has internet connection, it does data is coming in MT4.

I have checked and double checked whether my mobile has Wifi, and it has I can browse the internet.

I have send a test notification which worked previously.

The test notification is queued (see below)

Can you tell me what might be the cause of not receiving the notification?

99% chance there is an issue on server (Metaquotes) side.

Im pretty sure, no

If the terminal is offline, nothing is changing. Why would your code send a notification?

damn it, that means I have to keep connected my PC ... :(

I have noticed that notifications have been a bit slow the last week or so. Sometimes i get them 5-10 min later.

Or, you could rent a VPS, like everyone else in the field. Cheap and reliable.
