How can I get the mt4 quotation without mt4

can I use api , or win socket to connect mt4 server to get the quotation and send orders without mt4 terminal program

Why do you need MT4? Sounds like all you need is a broker that supports trading through their API. A quick google search of "Forex API Brokers" should give you a good start.
 

because , i want to trade with more then 2 broker , all of broker Provided mt4 platform for Automated Trading

so maybe i write some program to connect the broker mt4 server directed is good solved

You can write an EA to connect 2 MT4 terminals and exchange your data.
