Problem with Period Converter when doing Multitime Backtesting in MT4

Mql4 Comunity, could someone of you guys help me with this issue that i have when i try to do multitime backtesting in MT4, i open the H4 Chart , start to run it, then pause it to add the period converter and convert it to a H8 Time Frame to try to run it at the same time just to simulate a multichart trading but when i open the chart in 'the open offline' label it does not move or update with the H4 Chart.
I followed all the step by step to make it run that i've seen in some others blogs and even in MQL4 but still does not work at all.
Would somebody tell me if i there is any programming issue in the script that needs to be fixed.
