I'm nolonger able to open or close positions from the desktop mt4 platform

 
This started upon the opening of the market this week. Exactly the same thing happened to my Android-based mt4 app about a week or two before it happened to my desktop mt4 platform. I am able to open and close positions on the broker's webtrading platform (but this has an exceeding high connection data demand compared to using the mt4 program). I have tried bringing this issue to my broker's support team (Roboforex.com) but they seem to be taking their time on it. They wrote back desiring a screenshot among other info which I promptly supplied but I have not heard from them ever since (about 48hrs ago). I have attached the screenshot I sent to them. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
