I have several .ex4 indicators that I need to convert to.mq4 so I can use my expert builder with them. How do I do this.

You cannot convert an ex4 into mq4 with an expert builder.

You can contact the creator of the expert builder to see what its capable of.

You need to contact the owner of the ex4 and ask for the code. Without that you can do NOTHING.

In some cases, (for example : if they are trying to sell an EA at the metatrader"market" that is using some of the ex4 files) they can not do that for some ex4 files :)

That is due to the "market" rules (when such ex4 files must be used differently). So, in the end, we are back to square one of why they are trying to decompile : same old reason
