Please change the indicator scalling like the snapshot

Can anyone change the indicator as shown in the pic. ie. scalling should be included in the indicator and should be changed whenever needed.

2. Also the image (Schaff Trend Cycle oscillator) isn't the SchaffiTrendwCD attached.
