why would the indicator miss opportunities based on i+1 data

Hello,

So I am running an indicator on the chart, Live, but when i rerun the indicator on historical mode, meaning going back for like 200 bars, I notice that it fails to draw a histogram line for many opportunities. It draws for some but do not for others. The indicator works on price close from i+1 for 2 charts, so it should not be a problem... I am not understanding what I am missing. Plus, it should not depend on tick, because even if it misses the first tick of the  0 bar, since it is based on i+1 data, it should still detect the opportunity since this is old data..
