Hi all,
I installed MT4 on a Windows 2008 64 Bit Datacenter Edition vServer. The installation went fine, but now it's impossible to uninstall MT4.
Uninstallation routine says (in German): "Eine Referenzauswertung wurde vom Server zurückgesendet" ... which could mean somthing like "server returned a reference analysis|report|evaluation" whatever this means?! When I try to uninstall from the resprective Windows dialogue it just says that I am missing privileges and aborts.
I get the same message from the original Metaquotes installation file, as well as from the MT installer provided by my broker (XTB).
The user is member of Administrators group and no MT4 processes are running on the machine. Any idea how to troubleshoot this (any logs?)? Is there another way to properly remove MT4 (beyond just wiping the installation directory)?
