Yes of course it does . . .  when you get a new bar it is saved to the history.

History is history. What is recorded in your computer can't be changed by broker.

Are you certain ?  if a Broker changes the high value for bar number 20 how does that get to your chart ?

Good question . . .  but I have seen it happen.  Perhaps I missed some data and got an update later . . . but the result was that my history data was updated.  If you edit your data using the History Center and put a hole in the data by deleting some, as long as it is recent data,  your Broker should fill it.
