Yes i test it .It TP and SL shows greyed out
If you don't know how to compile the one line of code I give you into an Expert then perhaps you should read the Book and get the basics.

No my broker is not in ECN list.
So your Broker is an ECN type Broker . . . click the link and find out what you need to do with the code you posted.
