Best to recommend him coding his own Scalper Expert. That way he'll know what its doing instead of purchasing Experts which cannot deliver as Back-Tested. Everyone and their grand-momma here would like to sell their $99.99 EA.

Perhaps a forward test might sway your opinion to a more enthusiastic perspective of an EA I esteem in higher regards?
