Simple Indicator lines Help

I draw daily lines an a chart for pivot and resistance points with values taken from livecharts website.

What I then do is draw lines at round numbers, for example the last column here is WTI so i draw 7 lines at the specified values.

I then want lines to be drawn at round numbers so starting from the pivot at 93.12 I want a line at 93.5, 94.0, 94.5, 95.0 and also 93.0, 92.5, 92.0, 91.5.

I understand I will need to enter the values from livecharts for the initial points but I want an indicator to automatically plot the rest.

Having never worked with coding before I have no idea where to begin.

IS it also possible to have them as part of the background as I frequently and by accident move them when dragging around on charts.
