That isn't the Stop Loss, that is the risk . . . the SL is a price value, a place where the trade will automatically be exited. If that price is hit then the result is that you lose 3% of your Account/FreeMargin. Given the Lot/Position size you can calculate the SL position . . . OR . . . given the SL position you can calculate the Lot/Position size . . you cannot do both.
