What happens when chart is closed?

Can trading a certain symbol (by an EA) be performed while symbol's chart is closed? (In any manner)

If EA was on closed chart it will be removed. But currently active EA can trade on any symbol and any period.

EA needs an open chart to be attached to in order to run. Close the chart with the EA attached to it and the EA exits.

EA can (with proper code) trade any pair any timeframe from any active chart.

phy: it comes out (from your reply) that there must be at least 1 open chart for auto-trading (of any symbol) to be performed. In other words, if there's isn't an active chart, auto-trading is impossible altogether. Correct?
