Can you fix this alert?

Hi, 
 
I tried to add an alert to the attached indicator by copying and pasting from a 
similar indicator, but I must have missed something in the code, because neither 
the arrow nor alerts are generated. 
 
Can you look at the code and see what I did wrong?
