Making an alert triggered by manually setting the price point.

I am just a beginner at building EA's, and scripts. I am still learning and still got a ways to go. Anyways in the mean time I want make in alert script to make my manual longterm trading much easier. I am in research mode to make an alert script that will notify me when a price hits a strong support or resistence point to avoid feverishly checking it day to day. Also possibly setting pending orders at a set point away to catch the trend reversal or S/R breakthrough. I guess what I am asking here is, is there any other new guys like my self interested or up for the task. I have built EA's, but havent successfully made an alert. If this can perform up to the success i expect, we can cover more pairs with minimal research. Only research being is if the support or resistence line being honored or not. Then making the appropriate trade. Thanks.
