CloseTime 1M ?

Working on programming EA MT4, I have to analyze System Limitation.

I wonder, dos anyone knows, what DEFINES CloseTime on 1M ?

CloseTime varies from "nothing" to around 40 to 55 secs, and is NOT constantly 60 secs, as one might expect.

I know, at the start of a bar - OpenTime- volume 1 lasting more than one sec simply closes that "one minut bar"- nothing.

That is, that bar is ommitted.

I speculate:

1) CloseTime is determined by either volume max limit or price max limit or both, so to speak a treshold that gets smaller

and smaller the closer to 60 secs.

2) That the secs between CloseTime and 60 secs are used for synchonize timeframes upwards, that is, this is purely a

system limitation.
