help with ea using heiken_ashi ma 20 please!!!

Hello someone
Am a newbie with experts here. can you help me
with an expert that can use Heiken_ashi_ma 20?
Prefered properties are:
Go long 10secs after consolidation of first blue candle,

Go short 10secs after consolidation of first red candle,

Adjustable stoploss and take profit levels

Adjustable moving average values

Ability to secure first 5pips only(break even),

Trades only with first blue or red candle.
if it misses the first signal, it must not trade.
some one please help me!!
