I use IsTradeAllowed() and it returns true.

See logs, may be your broker don't allow to trade with EA.

valleryfir. The problem should be the next. Your plataform doesnt have the EA activate. For this, clic in Tools, Option, Expert Advaisor, activate allow trading live.
