I need some help

I have technical indicator what i believe, but till this day i can't compile to mql4 yet, would u give me some help to make my technical analysis as EA? I need this help because sometimes i leave my computer for cooking and cleaning house, because i want to be good wife and good mother for my kids. What i have done is below for description:

1. Exponential Moving Average – EMA 12 – AQUA

2. Simple Moving Average - SMA 32 Type HIGH – RED BOLD

3. Simple Moving Average – SMA 32 Type CLOSE – RED DOT

4. Simple Moving Average – SMA 32 Type LOW – RED BOLD

5. Bollinger Bands Periods 20 Deviation 3 atau BB 20 SD 3 – WHITE DOTS

6. Bollinger Bands Periods 20 Deviation 2 atau BB 20 SD 2 – WHITE DOTS

7. Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) standard : Fast EMA 12, Slow EMA 26 dan MACD SMA 9; Apply to CLOSE

RULE FOR A LONG TRADE (TF M30)

1. Watch for EMA 12: if ema 12 cross up middle bollinger bands, get ready to open BUY. Check MACD, is bar price move up and upper red line.

2. If ema 12 after cross up middle bollinger bands, than cross up SMA 32 Low, so OPEN BUY

3. CLOSE: following trend, if ema 12 cross DOWN SMA 32 High so CLOSE BUY.

RULE FOR A SHORT TRADE (TF M30)

1. Watch for ema 12: if ema 12 cross down middle bollinger bands, get ready to open SELL. Check MACD, is bar price move under red line.

2. If ema 12 after cross down middle bollinger bands, followed cross down SMA 32 High, so OPEN SELL

3. CLOSE: following trend, if ema 12 cross UP SMA 32 Low so CLOSE SELL.
